GEESFOODCITY ships premium quality fresh frozen and smoked fish nationwide from our facility in Cypress, Texas. All products are vacuum sealed, flash frozen at peak freshness, and shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure safe delivery.
We offer two shipping options via UPS:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Live rates are provided directly from our shipping carrier.
A $5.00 handling fee is added to all orders to cover the cost of insulated packaging materials, ice packs, and special handling required for perishable items.

Someone must be available to receive your package on the delivery day. Perishable items cannot be left unattended. Please plan to be home or arrange for someone to accept delivery.
All orders ship from our facility in Cypress, Texas (Houston area). Orders placed Monday-Thursday typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We monitor weather conditions along shipping routes. During periods of extreme heat or severe weather, we may delay shipments to ensure product quality and safety. We will notify you if your order is affected by weather-related delays.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through UPS or on our website using your order number.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any re-delivery fees. Perishable items cannot be re-shipped if compromised during the initial delivery attempt.
